Dustin Miller believes the best Loan Officer is also the best teacher. His approach to mortgage lending is centered on educating borrowers, understanding their goals, and helping them feel informed and confident at every step of the homebuying process.
Dustin began his career in the insurance industry before moving into mortgage lending, where he found a rewarding opportunity to help people take their next step toward homeownership. His experience assisting top-producing Loan Officers and building relationships with real estate professionals has given him a strong understanding of mortgage programs, borrower needs and the details that help move a loan forward.
He works with first-time homebuyers and low-income borrowers, while specializing in unique financing through non-QM loan programs, down payment assistance, and grant programs. Dustin offers local expertise for homebuyers in South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana, as well as Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Outside of work, Dustin is an avid fisherman, camper, soccer player and pickleball player. He enjoys home improvement projects, chess tournaments, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and their two dogs. He also volunteers with local food pantries and animal shelters.
For Dustin, helping people find a home is only part of the job. He wants to help borrowers understand how they got there, too.
